The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was close to the south side of the beach, which was quieter and more relaxing compared to the party area. We had all the amenities we needed within walking distance.

Although there were some drawbacks, such as basic and outdated rooms, we expected it since we booked a hostel. We believe that if the rooms were made more modern and comfortable, with new sheets and better ventilation, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.

the hostel, Chaak, had a well-equipped kitchen with free coffee and condiments. I loved the common area, which was a chill place to hang out. While most guests kept to themselves, it was still nice to be around other people as a couple. There were some bars nearby, but we were able to sleep through the music most of the time. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all! 😊.

Our stay at Chaak in Puerto Escondido was a mixed experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was great for exploring the area. However, there were a few drawbacks that affected our overall impression of the hotel.

The level of noise around the hotel, with multiple music tunes playing from surrounding bars and clubs, even though it was not advertised as a party hostel. This made it difficult to find the rest we were looking for.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, allowing me to store my luggage and use the wifi even after checking out. The communal kitchen was spacious and inviting, perfect for socializing with other guests.

Pros of Simply Perfect: Mind-blowing location with jaw-dropping views of the sea right outside the hostel door. Super chill vibe with a rooftop bar to grab beers and meet new people. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and protected against mosquitoes. Bathrooms are spotless! The hostel is beautifully designed and only a 3-minute walk to restaurants, shops, taxis, and the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped with free coffee and condiments. The common area is a chill place to hang out and meet other guests. The staff is flexible and allowed me to leave my suitcases and use the wifi until my late flight. a super satisfying stay with great amenities like Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, outdoor dining area, leisure/TV room, and access to activities like cycling, fishing. Beach access and massage services are available too. No pets allowed and non-smoking rooms for a clean and peaceful environment.

Located in a vibrant area, this hostel offers a central location close to popular bars and cinemas. the kitchen is spacious and perfect for communal cooking. the staff are friendly and accommodating, allowing guests to store their luggage and use the Wi-Fi even after check-out.

The hostel had a great earthy vibe with beautiful plants and cute decoration. The common areas were cool and the kitchen facilities were handy. The friendly staff were helpful and there were shops nearby for convenience. Plus, the location was fantastic, just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach.

There were some downsides to my stay. The room I stayed in was stuffy and the fan wasn't strong enough to keep mosquitoes away.
